Qualifications Completed technical degree or incomplete professional degree 1 year of experience in customer service and support for printing equipment (preferably Lexmark) Excel proficiency Responsibilities On-site incident support Management of requests and incidents On-site user support Conduct plant walkthroughs Prepare Excel reports on incident resolution and SLA compliance levels Repair Lexmark multifunction printers Install maintenance kits Manage consumable requests and returns Inspect plant equipment Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Lexmark equipment Knowledge / Purpose Responsible for the management of client relationship and contract delivery of outsourcing/facilities management to end user customers.
