Job Description Design, improve, digitize, and automate Human Resources processes through the use of low‑code/no‑code technologies and advanced analytics, applying the PMI Citizen Developer approach to increase operational efficiency, data quality, and information‑driven decision‑making. Responsibilities HR Process Improvement Map AS‑IS / TO‑BE processes (BPMN, SIPOC, VSM). Identify improvement opportunities (waste, bottlenecks, and risks). Design digitized and automated processes. Measure impact through KPIs (time, cost savings, quality, employee experience). Automation and Microsoft Tools Design workflows using Power Automate (approvals, integrations, notifications). Create SharePoint sites/pages for HR. Data analysis. Drafting HR communications and policies, etc. Analytics and Foundry (Palantir) Learn the Foundry architecture and applications. Integrate HR data from multiple data sources. Analyze trends in turnover, performance, absenteeism, and time‑to‑hire. Develop Foundry applications as an enabler of continuous improvement. Develop low‑code/no‑code solutions following PMI standards. Ensure compliance with security, data, and IT policies. Collaborate with IT as a strategic partner (avoid shadow IT). Project Management (PMP Mindset) Manage medium‑to‑high‑impact initiatives for HR processes. Apply agile or hybrid methodologies. Report progress, risks, and benefits. Skills Proactivity Diplomacy Workday (Software) Change Management Employee Performance Management Positivity Organizational Development Relationship Building Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience Requirements +1 year of experience in Human Resources, Process improvement, Automation. Hands‑on experience with at least one of the following: Power BI, Power Automate, or Palantir.
