Our goal is to identify individuals who are a strong fit for the community and introduce them to the Teva experience. We are looking for someone who genuinely believes in the lifestyle we promote at Teva and enjoys introducing the right people to an environment designed for wellbeing and high performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships in the real world, opening doors, and creating opportunities rather than simply waiting for leads to arrive. This is not a desk-based sales role. The right person will enjoy building relationships across the Polanco business community and introducing the right individuals to the Teva experience. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Actively generate new membership opportunities beyond social media inquiries. This role requires someone who enjoys being out in the community, building relationships, and opening doors. Develop relationships with nearby corporate offices, embassies, luxury hotels, residential buildings, and professional networks in Polanco. Identify individuals who would be a strong fit for the Teva community and introduce them to the club. Create strategic alliances and referral relationships that consistently generate high-quality membership opportunities. Represent the Teva brand professionally in the local business and professional community. Membership Sales Guide potential members through the discovery process and present membership options in a professional and personalized way. Conduct private tours of the club and help prospects understand the value of becoming part of the Teva community. Maintain consistent follow-up with potential members until a clear decision is made. CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain a structured and organized pipeline of prospects using the CRM as the central relationship management tool. Document all interactions, track follow-ups, and maintain visibility over opportunities and results. Consistent activity tracking and disciplined follow-up are essential for success in this role. Member Engagement Stay connected with existing members to ensure they are making the most of the club. Identify opportunities to introduce personal training and additional wellness services. Support retention through proactive communication and relationship building. What We Are Looking For At least 3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, luxury services, real estate, or a similar client‑facing role. Strong communication skills in Spanish and English. Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with high‑net‑worth individuals and executives. Highly organized with disciplined follow‑up habits. Comfortable using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline. Someone who enjoys building relationships, takes initiative, and takes responsibility for their results. Our members value professionalism, discretion, and a genuine interest in wellness and healthy living. Work Style Success in this role requires flexibility and a client‑first mindset. Many prospective members are busy professionals, so the ability to adapt your schedule to accommodate meetings, tours, and conversations when opportunities arise is important. High-performing salespeople naturally organize their time around opportunities and relationships rather than fixed office hours.
