This role involves managing and entering data, developing data entry tools and workflows, and supporting the operations & engineering leads with the management of manufacturing and operational manufacturing forecasting, tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy and enable downstream planningPrepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly plan vs. actual analysisReview and validate monthly data inputs for accuracy and reasonablenessSupport monthly operational reporting processesEnsure data consistency across all systems and spreadsheets to maintain data integrityAssist with the creation of presentations and tracking of internal/external action itemsIdentify areas for improvement and help with the execution of those improvementsHelp in the development of data accuracy toolsWork on improving processes and reporting mechanisms to increase efficiency across teamsPerform other assigned duties to support engineering teams in achieving their goalsMinimum Qualifications:Associate's degree.ORHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience in data management and analysis in Excel, TM1, Tempus, or other programs.Experience supporting Engineering Operations, Engineering Finance, project, or program management.Ability to quickly understand new processes and learn new toolsIntermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Sumifs, Xlookup)Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skillsSelf-motivated team player able to work autonomously, prioritize responsibilities, and communicate issues as they ariseExcellent verbal and written communications skills. Able to organize effectively and document work thoroughly while working with local and remote team.Minimum QualificationsEnglish fluent (98% verbal and written).Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.Strong verbal and written communications skills.
