Responsibilities Coordinate the receipt, shipment, and storage of finished goods and raw materials, ensuring inventory control and the efficient operation of raw material warehouses, receiving, shipping, and material handling areas, while guaranteeing compliance with requirements, optimal use of resources, and the safety of personnel and infrastructure. Maintain the inventory accuracy level (CC Accuracy) defined for each fiscal year (FY). Monitor and manage obsolete and slow-moving materials. Contribute to achieving customer service levels by minimizing stockouts caused by inventory discrepancies. Maintain the inventory integrity levels required by the organization. Perform all activities inherent to the position. Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with job activities. Manage external warehouses, conducting audits, validating conditions, and reviewing shipped quantities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in a similar position. 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, production, planning, or related areas. Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
