The role will lead new plant start-up activities including equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification, managing cross-functional teams and providing clear updates to senior leadership, requiring fluency in English, experience with large complex projects, and proficiency in Microsoft Project. It also serves as the maintenance planner by updating SAP equipment records, developing maintenance plans, managing work orders and materials, reporting performance metrics, and analyzing spare parts needs. Additionally, the role provides training to maintenance and operations staff and documents all Plant Maintenance processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities Maintains Project plan for all equipment installations and activities Develops and maintains Planned Maintenance task lists, strategies, and plans. Establish, maintain, and update equipment lists to include both new and transferred assets. Distributes and collects new and completed Preventative Maintenance work orders. Coordinate and provide training to Maintenance personnel. Responsible for completing Plant Maintenance SAP transactions to ensure complete equipment history. Add or remove equipment as needed. Responsible for overseeing notifications are created into work orders, closing all work orders in the SAP plant Maintenance System, the computerized Maintenance Management (information) System (CMMS) software that maintains a computer database of AEC’s maintenance operations information. Help in establishing, implementing, sustaining; PM (Preventative Maintenance), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and Inventory/Spare parts (stockroom) with in SAP Responsible for entering and editing Maintenance Task Lists and will upload maintenance items, plans, and task lists. Ensure the Qualification and requalification records are properly filled out, upload electronic copy to AEC network drive and file hard copy. Add or change the equipment to the PM system and establish PM preventative maintenance plan or update the PM system as needed. Ensure work instructions are correct and contribute to creating new ones as needed. Track weekly work order completion, give updates weekly and identify problems or improvements. Oversee contract execution, including scope management, change orders, and deliverables. Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering. Education may be substituted with experience at management’s discretion if the candidate has demonstrated the necessary knowledge to perform the assigned tasks. Fluent in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project Plan Fluent in SAP Previous Maintenance and Facility repair/maintenance experience required.
