Job Title: Inbound Sales Representative (Appointment Setting & Upselling) Schedule: Monday–Friday (CST Shifts Available) 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM CST 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM CST Compensation: Base: Starting at $1,200 USD/month Performance incentives + quarterly bonuses Top performers: $2,500+ USD/month About the Role We are hiring an Inbound Sales Representative to convert incoming calls into booked appointments and membership upsells for a home services business. This is a conversion-focused sales role , not a traditional customer support position. You will handle inbound calls from customers, guide conversations, overcome objections, and drive clear outcomes. You will play a key role in revenue generation , turning inquiries into appointments while maintaining a strong customer experience during often high-stress situations. What You’ll Own Inbound call conversion (appointments + upsells) Customer conversations and objection handling CRM updates and call tracking Contribution to sales performance and conversion rates Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls with a professional, engaging, and conversational tone Convert inquiries into booked service appointments Upsell memberships and handle objections confidently De-escalate frustrated customers and guide conversations toward solutions Maintain accurate and timely CRM notes and updates Resolve issues independently where possible Support ongoing sales campaigns and promotions Required Experience & Skills Strong spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence Ability to convert inbound calls into sales outcomes Comfortable with objection handling and upselling Calm, empathetic communication style in high-pressure situations Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through 1–2 years of experience in sales, call center, or inbound call roles Nice to Have Experience in home services or appointment-based businesses Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
