Overview Housekeeping & Laundry Technician – Courtyard Mexico City Airport, Sinaloa 31, Penon de los Banos, Mexico City, Mexico. Schedule: Full Time. Position Type: Non-Management. Responsibilities Provide a clean and welcoming environment for guests by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Respond to guest requests and service calls in a timely and courteous manner. Resupply cleaning carts, clean rooms, common areas, and perform other related duties as assigned. Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and present a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style. Engage in physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects under 50 lbs without assistance. Perform other reasonable duties requested by the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation. Qualifications Experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar setting preferred. Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in Spanish and English communication skills.
