We are looking for a proactive and organized commercial profile to manage incoming leads from Tu Nueva SL and maximize conversion, as well as follow up with already incorporated clients to offer them ongoing consultancy services. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients, managing the process from the initial inquiry to service contracting. Budget: 800 USD - 900 USD per month Technical Skills 3+ years of experience in the field. Demonstrable experience in commercial or customer service roles (B2B or B2C) Excellent written communication in Spanish and English C1 Organized, autonomous, and proactive profile, capable of managing follow-ups without constant supervision Proficiency with digital tools: Gmail, ClickUp, WhatsApp Business, Luxora (training provided by the company) Availability to work at least partially within Spain time zone (CET) Immediate availability to start Plus Previous experience in legal, accounting, or professional services environments Experience with lead management platforms or CRM systems Previous experience in customer service Responsibilities Handle and qualify incoming leads via web form, WhatsApp, and Luxora (our lead management platform) Follow up with leads via WhatsApp and email to guide them through the incorporation process Resolve questions about the company incorporation process for Tu Nueva SL leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp Send quotes and commercial proposals for incorporation services and monthly consultancy packages Record all commercial activity and pipeline in the company ERP (ClickUp) Contact newly incorporated clients to convert them into Grupo Gestor BCN clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp Maintain professional and approachable oral and written communication in Spanish and English Report weekly on lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline status Onboarding and training on company processes and tools Opportunity to join an established consultancy with an active client base across Spain #J-18808-Ljbffr
