Job Description Job Description Exceed customer on time pickup and delivery expectations, have a proactive analysis to prevent failures, etc. Being consistent, professional, effective, courteous in the communication with the customers and carriers, with respect in difficult situations, etc. Being proactive in the carrier relationship development, AP discrepancy resolution, cover loads, handling and management difficult situations, etc. Detention management, research/solve invoice discrepancies, benchmark rate achievements, etc. Ensure and create the RC for the carriers. Upload in the system route costs Appoint and schedule with shipper and receivers, update the system as needed. Monitor the account and be close with the operation manager to have changes for the best of the account. Track and trace Notify Shipper proactively before they ask. Have a knowledge of the geographic from Mexico, USA and Canada. Knowledge of Microsoft tools. Qualifications Bilingual (Mandatory) Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience Outstanding interpersonal abilities 1+ years of experience in a related role.
