Responsibilities Capital market activities: funding, investments, banking relationships, credit rating agency management, and shareholder returns at the corporate level. Support global businesses on Treasury aspects, including cash management, funding, and liquidity management. Manage and hedge PepsiCo's financial risks (FX, commodities, interest rate, etc.). Pension investment and liability management. PepsiCo’s global insurance and risk management programs. Confirmations and settlements of debt capital market activities including bond issuances, commercial paper, interest rate & cross-currency swaps. Support the daily mark-to-market process and contribute to accounting pre-close activities. Perform periodic and monthly derivative processes, including reconciliations, testing, FX rates reviews and updates. SOX and operational testing and compliance. Support Middle Office team projects and drive process efficiencies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with coursework in finance, actuarial sciences, economics, or accounting. 0–2 years of experience in corporate treasury/finance, banking, or financial consulting. Fluent in English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. Familiarity with and appreciation for the requirements of a treasury environment (timeliness, accuracy, control requirements, and strict adherence to policy and procedures). Experience with Excel.
