Project Lead, Customer Conversions - Farmacias Guadalajara (DRS Implementation | Mexico) Location: Mexico Function: Operations / Transformation Level: Director Reporting Line: Mexico Operations / LATAM Transformation (matrix with Commercial & DRS) Role Purpose The Transformation Director - Farmacias Guadalajara is accountable for end-to-end execution of the DRS conversion for Farmacias Guadalajara across Mexico, one of Brink's largest and most strategic retail customers. This role leads the operational, commercial, and change execution required to convert thousands of CIT locations to DRS, ensuring speed, quality, value realization, and customer satisfaction, while delivering the productivity, stop- elimination, and margin impact embedded in the approved business case. The role acts as the single point of accountability for this transformation, coordinating Sales, Operations, Technology, DRS, Finance, and the customer to deliver a flawless, scalable rollout. Key Responsibilities DRS Transformation Leadership Own and execute the DRS conversion strategy for Farmacias Guadalajara, including deployment sequencing, site readiness, installation, activation, and stabilization across Mexico. Translate the approved DRS business case into a detailed execution roadmap with clear milestones, KPIs, and value tracking. Ensure all new and relocated Farmacias Guadalajara locations open with DRS from day one, eliminating legacy CIT deployment. Cross Functional Program Management Lead a cross-functional transformation squad (Sales, Ops, DRS, IT, Finance, Customer teams) with disciplined governance, cadence, and escalation. Coordinate commercial commitments, pricing mechanics, rebates, and contractual milestones tied to accelerated DRS adoption. Drive tight alignment between customer commitments and operational execution, avoiding installation delays and rework. Operational Excellence & Value Realization Deliver stop- elimination, route optimization, and productivity gains linked to DRS deployment, in line with Mexico and LATAM productivity targets. Monitor and report value realization (stops eliminated, cost savings, margin uplift, service improvements) versus plan. Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks related to site preparation, equipment availability, IT integration, or customer readiness. Customer & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary operational counterpart for Farmacias Guadalajara during the transformation, building trust and execution credibility. Provide clear, data-driven updates to Mexico and LATAM leadership, including QBRs, MBRs, and transformation reviews. #J-18808-Ljbffr
