Role Overview: The Service & Warranty Coordinator I plays a vital role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and product reliability. In this position, you will manage the full lifecycle of warranty claims and service requests by acting as the primary point of contact between clients, manufacturers, and service teams. You will ensure that all claims are processed efficiently, replacement parts are sourced accurately, and repairs are scheduled and resolved in a timely manner. What You Will Do: Claim Management: Monitor incoming queues and promptly process warranty, service, and punch claims from clients, technicians, and account teams. Coordination & Resolution: Identify necessary repair parts, submit claims to manufacturers, and coordinate product replacements or service visits to ensure timely resolutions. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact to gather necessary information and proactively communicate claim status updates to clients and internal teams. Quoting & Procurement: Prepare quotes and place orders for out-of-warranty parts, and obtain labor quotes to request reimbursement as needed. Administrative Accuracy: Maintain detailed records of all claims and correspondence, accurately update information in client systems, and create or update client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Requirements: Preferred Education: Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, or a related field. Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in warranty coordination, claims processing, or a similar administrative role. Language Proficiency: Advanced English (C1). Qualifications: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately identify required parts and troubleshoot service issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with manufacturers, clients, and internal stakeholders. High attention to detail for maintaining precise records, processing invoices, and tracking multiple claims simultaneously.
