About the Role Client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to help alleviate friction and accelerate delivery for our Revenue and Sales teams. Unlike traditional admin roles that rely on Change Sets, they operate a strict \"Code-First\" deployment environment. While you will not be required to write heavy programmatic code (like Java or complex Apex), you must be comfortable operating within a modern Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You will be responsible for standard administrative configurations—such as user management, security settings, and workflow automations—but all declarative work (including Flow code) must be checked into our Git repository and undergo a formal Pull Request (PR) review process. Key Responsibilities Declarative Automation: Design, build, and maintain complex declarative automations using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder to streamline Revenue and Sales operations. SDLC & Version Control: Export declarative metadata (XML) and commit all changes to a Git repository. Manage branching strategies and resolve potential merge conflicts. Pull Request (PR) Management: Submit all Flow and configuration changes through a formal PR process for peer review, and participate in reviewing the declarative code of other team members. Core Configuration: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including user management, role hierarchies, permission sets, page layouts, and custom object creation. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison for the Revenue and Sales teams, translating business requests into scalable Salesforce configurations. Must-Have Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Salesforce Administration experience in an enterprise environment. DevOps Proficiency: Hands‑on experience deploying Salesforce metadata via Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Salesforce CLI (SFDX) or enterprise DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Flosum is highly preferred. Mastery of Flows: Deep expertise in building Record‑Triggered, Screen, and Auto‑launched Flows to handle complex business logic without relying on Apex. Security & Data Architecture: Strong understanding of Salesforce's sharing model (OWD, Sharing Rules) and data governance.
