Why we are looking for you As an Associate Launch Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our customers’ app setup and onboarding experience. Strong organizational skills are essential, as you will balance a portfolio of partners across various stages of the onboarding journey. This is a fast-paced, KPI-driven role where attention to detail is critical. You will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound emails, calls, and SMS communications, giving you the opportunity to further develop your time management and client-facing skills. You will use Salesforce to track all activity, and your success will be measured by your ability to gather required assets and information, coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams, and set clear expectations with partners ahead of launch. This role is 100% remote, but you must be based in Mexico! The impact you will have Advocate for restaurant owners so that they maintain ownership of their mobile app or online presence Coach and educate restaurant owners on the best practices for their online ordering setup, backed by statistics and rigorous SEO testing by our product team. Work on projects and initiatives that improve our internal processes Impact the Owner platform design by providing relevant product feedback to our engineering team Partner and collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams Minimum requirements Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts, all at various stages of the onboarding journey. You thrive while working in a fast-paced environment where change is common. Strong written and verbal communication skills. It’s a plus if you’ve worked in the restaurant industry at least 1 year. Pay and benefits The estimated annual base salary for this role is 460,000 MXN, with additional commission eligibility, plus comprehensive health coverage, unlimited PTO, and additional fun perks!
