This is a highly specialized role requiring native or near-native U.S. English proficiency, direct experience working within the U.S. healthcare system, and strong technical/solution-selling expertise. Candidates without this background will not be considered. This is a revenue-carrying, enterprise-facing role for iFax, focused on large healthcare accounts and high-ACV expansion opportunities. You will act as both: A strong enterprise AE, capable of running complex sales cycles, and conducting demos, webinars, and may be a resource for conferences. A technical authority, able to credibly discuss integrations, APIs, AI-driven workflows, and healthcare-specific automation. The core mandate is simple: Drive ACV growth by solving real healthcare workflow problems using iFax’s platform, integrations, and AI capabilities. Run and support enterprise healthcare sales cycles end-to-end Lead discovery, value articulation, pricing conversations, and deal strategy Position iFax as a workflow platform, not just a fax solution Identify and close expansion opportunities within healthcare organizations Healthcare Workflow Expertise Act as a subject-matter expert in US healthcare workflows Understand and sell into: Clinical operations Referrals, intake, and document routing Revenue cycle and compliance workflows Translate healthcare pain points into automated, scalable iFax solutions Integrations, APIs & Automation Ownership Lead technical discovery around: APIs and webhooks EMR/EHR integrations Automation and document workflows Design solutions that embed iFax into daily healthcare operations Serve as the bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering on integration feasibility AI, Data Extraction & NLP Confidently sell and position: Data enrichment and automation features Identify AI-driven use cases that: Reduce manual labor Improve turnaround times Increase compliance and accuracy Tie AI capabilities directly to ROI, efficiency, and ACV uplift Security & Compliance Confidently address HIPAA and healthcare security expectations Explain data handling, access controls, and reliability in buyer conversations Support procurement and security reviews without becoming a compliance owner You Might Be a Fit If You have 6–8+ years in: Enterprise AE roles and/or Enterprise SE / Solutions Architect roles in healthcare SaaS with a revenue target You’ve sold into US healthcare organizations (bonus if you have experience working with legal, financial services, and educational institutions) You can run a deal and go deep on: APIs and integrations You are commercially sharp, structured, and comfortable carrying a number You think in workflows, not features You have familiarity with HubSpot CRM, as well as BaseCamp Project management Comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales processes What Success Looks Like 6 Months Enterprise healthcare deals closing with larger ACVs iFax positioned as a workflow and automation platform AI and integration features actively driving deal expansion 12 Months Repeatable healthcare expansion motions Strong influence on roadmap through revenue-backed insights Trusted closer for the most complex healthcare accounts Your KPI Net-New ARR Growth from healthcare accounts.
