What will you do: Support the development and execution of benefits communication strategies. Create and update content such as presentations and employee communications. Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and brokers. Maintain benefits documentation, trackers, and reporting dashboards. Ensure follow‑up on deliverables and deadlines. Collaborate with HR and cross‑functional teams on benefits initiatives. Support employee campaigns such as wellbeing initiatives and enrollment periods.
