Support the Planning team in the daily execution and analysis of production and/or demand planning activities within a metal-mechanical manufacturing environment. The Planning Intern (Metalworking) Location: Guadalajara, North Campus. Responsibilities Support the creation, update, and maintenance of production and/or demand plans. Track plan compliance (plan vs. actual) and support follow-up activities. Maintain and update planning reports using Excel and internal systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Baan). Analyze data to identify risks or improvement opportunities related to capacity, demand, and inventory. Support load balancing and capacity validation (headcount, machinery). Assist in the generation and maintenance of dashboards and KPIs (Tableau). Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Purchasing, and Logistics. Support process documentation and operational improvements. Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables). Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail." Interest in supply chain, production planning, and data analysis.
