Your Job As a Production Superintendent, you will lead day‑to‑day manufacturing operations to deliver world‑class performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will provide direct leadership to production supervisors, technicians, and operators while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, talent development, and operational excellence aligned with business objectives. Our Team You will join a highly collaborative manufacturing team operating in a high‑mix / high‑volume environment. This role partners closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning to resolve operational challenges, optimize processes, and consistently meet customer demand. What You Will Do Lead daily production operations to meet EHS, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets. Supervise, coach, and develop production supervisors and team leads, building a strong pipeline of leadership talent. Drive safety excellence by ensuring adherence to all EHS standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Analyze performance metrics (yield, scrap, throughput, OEE) and implement corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve operational issues and enhance process efficiency. Support production planning, scheduling, and capacity management in high‑mix / high‑volume settings. Lead and sustain Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives such as 5S, SMED, standard work, and layout optimization. Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts and reconciliation of variances. Maintain production documentation, KPIs, and reports for internal and external audits. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, operational discipline, and continuous learning across all shifts. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related discipline. 5–10 years of progressive manufacturing experience with 3+ years leading supervisors or large teams. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Experience in high‑volume or high‑mix manufacturing (electronics, automotive, optical, industrial, or similar). Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office tools. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and structured problem‑solving skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish), minimum 80% proficiency. What Will Put You Ahead Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Formal Lean Manufacturing certification. Hands‑on experience implementing OEE, SMED, 5S, standard work, and visual management systems.
