Electrical Maintenance Engineer We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to enhance our engineering team. Responsibilities Supervises employees in the installation and maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and machinery used in company operations. Oversees the installation and maintenance of equipment and machinery. Oversees the work of maintenance and maintenance support staff; communicates expectations and provides direction and training. Monitors work performance and provides feedback. Coordinates maintenance of production equipment. Oversees technical process control and quality process control. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Proven experience in electrical maintenance engineering or a related role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components. Experience with preventive maintenance techniques and troubleshooting methodologies. Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
