Collaborate with marketing, production, and engineering to align product development with company goals; mentor the R&D team to foster innovation. Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English for clear collaboration and reporting with international teams. Requirements 5+ years of experience in industrial or product design (office furniture design preferred); strong ability to assess product form, proportion, and aesthetics. Deep understanding and experience in CMF application; passion for structural research and prototyping with excellent hands‑on skills.
