About the role As a Senior Value Stream Manager (VSM), you will lead end‑to‑end manufacturing operations within a defined production unit, acting as a mini‑operations leader. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while driving continuous improvement and innovation. You will play a key role in aligning production strategies with business goals and delivering results that directly impact customer satisfaction and plant performance. Key Responsibilities Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and production targets. Drive cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects aligned with Lean Manufacturing principles. Manage production scheduling and ensure adherence to established manufacturing plans. Optimize workflow sequencing (build & delivery) to maximize efficiency and resource utilization. Resolve material, logistics, and operational issues to maintain uninterrupted production flow. Establish and track performance objectives and KPIs to drive productivity and operational excellence. Lead innovation initiatives within manufacturing, including process improvements and new technologies. Align operational execution with business strategy, ensuring results in cost, quality, and delivery. As a minimum you must have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production leadership, or value stream management. Proven experience managing teams in industrial environments (including unionized workforce). Advanced English proficiency. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience leading cost control initiatives and managing operational budgets. Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have Experience in HVAC manufacturing environments. Background in automotive or metal‑mechanic industries.
