Role Overview As Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will connect Natura Pay México with internal stakeholders and external financial and technology partners to ensure that payment, credit, and savings products reach beauty consultants quickly, safely, and purposefully. You will coordinate the implementation of partnership strategy—governance, KPIs, dashboards, rollout—manage operational relationships with key partners, and support the Head of Natura Pay México in identifying and evaluating new product, channel, and partnership opportunities. Responsibilities Design, organize, and monitor the partnership framework: define governance, KPIs, dashboards, and coordinate product roll‑outs. Act as a liaison between Natura Pay, Natura Cosmetics, and other internal and external partners to translate business goals into clear, actionable initiatives for beauty consultants. Maintain close relationships with financial and technology partners, aligning expectations, monitoring progress, and delivering results to drive growth. Collaborate with regional teams to identify and evaluate new product opportunities, channels, and partnerships, translating data into decisions that support business growth and financial inclusion. Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in financial services or consulting. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Administration, or related engineering discipline. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; advanced Portuguese is a plus. Proven ability to translate complex discussions into clear, actionable agreements. Passion for using technology to expand financial inclusion for beauty consultants in Mexico.
