About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in a dynamic commercial real estate environment. In this role, you will support the creation of high-quality, brand‑compliant visual materials that enhance property listings, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives for U.S. markets. You’ll be part of a fast‑paced, international team, working across both print and digital formats with a strong focus on template‑based design and layout customization. Key Responsibilities Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, email templates, and social media graphics Manage and process design requests through a workflow/ticketing system Create and customize floor plans, site plans, logo maps, and infographics Perform photo retouching and optimize images for different platforms Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute creative briefs Job Requirements Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Advanced English (written & spoken) – required Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Ceros, Hootsuite, or similar (preferred) Ability to interpret and execute design briefs independently High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Nice to Have Experience in commercial real estate or property marketing Experience with interactive PDFs, digital presentations, or basic motion graphics Knowledge of print production and digital asset management What We Offer Base salary Law benefits (mandatory benefits) Additional benefits Hybrid work Location: San Miguel Topilejo, MX Colliers is an equal opportunity employer.
