Role Overview The role of the On-Boarding Consultant is to work directly with a customer in a consulting fashion to determine, document and prepare the customer with their requirements analysis for the successful implementation of their purchased solution(s). This role will be within the On-boarding team where responsibilities will be shared with the Project Manager (on Enterprise projects), Product and Integration Specialists. Key Responsibilities Hands‑on role requiring a highly self‑motivated and solutions‑oriented individual. Understand customers complex business requirements, communicate implementation approaches. Be able to clearly articulate the solutions into business requirements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Lead the customer on the onboarding journey, managing expectations, risks and billable hours. Work closely with the Product and Integration teams to meet deadlines. Provide sufficient guidance and documentation for seamless hand over to Customer Success and Support. Qualifications Exceptionally high organizational and time management skills. Experience with SaaS products highly desirable. Experience working in the hospitality sector with a focus on restaurants or hotels. Ability to identify problems and opportunities, and offer or implement actions and solutions. Proven ability to effectively manage work across teams and disciplines. Ability to influence others through effective communication and negotiations. Multi‑lingual is an asset (Spanish and English mandatory, French highly desirable). Skills Project Management experience or certification desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent personal organization skills and attention to detail. Strong people skills. Ability to work well with a diverse multi‑cultural environment. Willingness to work flexible hours on different time zones (LATAM). Ability to work independently or as part of a team and ability to take direction is a must. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to cope with conflicting demands and prioritize and adapt in a rapid growth environment.
