Job Title: Production & Supply Chain Operations Specialist Location: Remote (Latam) Role type: Full-time as an Independent Contractor (compensation in USD through DEEL) Role Overview We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Production & Supply Chain Operations Specialist to own execution of purchase orders, production tracking, inbound logistics, and sample management. This role ensures product moves efficiently from factory to warehouse with accurate documentation, clear timelines, and cost visibility. The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of ownership, is comfortable taking initiative, and approaches challenges with a resourceful and solutions-oriented mindset. Core Responsibilities Attend all supplier production meetings Track production timelines and ready dates Maintain master PO tracker with warehouse ETAs Proactively follow up on delays and elevate risks Ensure all production milestones are clearly documented Marketing Sample Management Place and track all marketing sample orders Maintain detailed sample tracker with requested and arrival dates Communicate updates internally Follow up with suppliers to ensure deadlines are met Create new SKUs for purchase order purposes Issue and manage purchase orders Maintain organized PO tracker with production ready dates Track supplier invoices against POs and flag discrepancies Shipment Planning & Logistics Create monthly shipment plan based on production status Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders Maintain shipment log with ETAs and delivery confirmations Create ASNs in the fulfillment warehouse system Ensure inbound shipments are received accurately Qualifications 2–5 years experience in apparel production or e-commerce supply chain Strong understanding of international freight and 3PL processes Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven #J-18808-Ljbffr
