Position Overview: Journey Coordinator: This role is for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our rapidly growing international fertility consulting agency. You will work closely with intended parents and medical professionals to ensure a smooth surrogacy process, primarily working with LGBT clients. The position is available in both CDMX and Cancun, offering a flexible schedule with part-time remote work and occasional office-based responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service, keeping intended parents informed about the progress of their surrogacy journey. Coordinate medical procedures with our partner fertility clinics and communicate updates to clients. Manage and respond to 30-50 emails per day and conduct regular video and phone calls with clients in both English and Spanish. Ensure accurate and timely updates in client databases. Maintain warm and positive relationships with all stakeholders. Requirements: Customer Service Expertise: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-touch industry. Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written English at a native level is required; bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Communication Skills: Warm, extroverted personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to Detail: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Technology Proficiency: Experience with tools like Word, Excel, Slack, Freshdesk, and Airtable is a plus. Travel: Ability to travel between CDMX and Cancun when required. Work Environment: This is a partly remote role (75%) with some in-office responsibilities (25%).
