Your Contribution As a Process Engineer, you will support manufacturing operations by improving production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring process efficiency and product quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and support daily plant operations. Support manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for optimization Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing and process-related issues Develop and update process documentation and work instructions Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing methodologies Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams Participate in process validation and standardization activities Monitor process performance indicators and follow up on improvement actions Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field Advanced English (spoken and written) Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies General metrology knowledge and ability to interpret mechanical drawings Experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar) ERP system experience (SAP preferred) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Organized with strong follow‑up and execution skills SCHOTT’s openness to promote your further development is just as great as our additional benefits.
