Responsibilities Validation and debug of new silicon ATE HW/SW development Characterization of device performance over process and operating conditions Cross functional engineering collaboration to develop test methodologies for advanced packaging technologies Releasing cost effective production test solutions into mass production Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field. Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and/or Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience working with common test equipment (ATE, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers). 3+ years' experience with silicon bring-up and high-volume manufacturing, Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in computer engineering and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics Eng or related field. Experience with ATE test platforms, Advantest 93K SOC test systems, design for test (DFT) techniques and structural tests such as Scan/ATPG, JTAG, and memory BIST, testing CPUs. Experience with silicon bring-up and high-volume manufacturing. Experience with testing Advanced package technologies. C/C++, Perl, JMP. Knowledge of VLSI design, semiconductor device physics along with computer processor systems, CMOS, Analog, and Mixed Signal circuits such as ADC, DAC, PLL, Codecs and their performance measurements. Strong analytical/problem solving skills. Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and be passionate about delivering quality work.
