Overview To contribute technical expertise in ICT operations and systems management to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and visibility of supply chain, logistics, and related customs processes. Support end‑to‑end operations by optimizing digital tools, ensuring system reliability, and enabling data‑driven decisions that improve service quality and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Strategic Acts as a key advisor between Business and ICT, aligning the local execution to the global roadmap, fostering, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and focused with operational capabilities of services and projects to ensure the deliver intended results. Plays an active role to integrating processes and requirements from multiple domains/areas (assembly, logistics, plant planning, quality, and digital validation) to standardize methods, templates, and decision criteria—accelerating digital validation while improving quality, time, and cost at the plant level. Operational Ensure the proper operation, integration, and continuous improvement of technological systems that support supply chain processes, including logistics, inventory, procurement, planning, customs and distribution. 10 Systems to be handled, 2 of them Critical MX-LOGI & MX- OB Release. MX-LOGI - System to support Multi-franchise vehicle import operations, with transcoding and data upload to Mexico systems for tracking, sales and invoice. MX-OB Release -MexicoOutBoundRelease System for automatically release vehicle in compliance of government, customs, processing and commercial requirements as Port Gate-IN, Homologation-REPUVE, PROFEPA certification, Credit Line, Correct Price and Non-Blocked. Qualifications Engineering or Bachelor's degree in computer systems, systems development, or related professional careers. English proficiency. Minimum of 5 years of management experience including extensive commercial administration experience. Abilities Build strong relationships between business units – Service providers and ICT. Strategic partnership development. Understand Mexico inbound vehicle logistics process and support operations. Understand how technology or services can support their goals. Understand business needs and translate them into service or IT requirements. Understand business process and propose improvement based on IT tools. Influence and shape demand to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Ensure that business value is delivered through projects and services. Track and report on the value achieved from initiatives. Global Portfolio and Program Management Support. Collaborate with project managers and portfolio managers for the Domains to prioritize initiatives. Help ensure that projects are aligned with business strategy and deliver expected outcomes. Support governance processes to ensure initiatives meet ICT regulatory and policy requirements. Help manage risks associated with business and ICT alignment. Coordination of the teams involved across the product lifecycle. Leadership of Digital programs: scope, governance, KPIs, risk management, and change enablement. Techno-economic feasibility and end-to-end process optimization. Cross-region collaboration (NA/EMEA/LATAM) and alignment with internal stakeholders. Data-driven decision making and continuous operational improvement. Relationship with OEM IT teams to support product development and operations aligned with Mexico business strategy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
