We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX). Mandatory Skills 3+ years of relevant experience in application Maintenance and Support with a L2 role Strong in Unix Strong in writing SQL queries AWS knowledge and minimum hands on is preferable Knowledge of any other scripting/coding languages – preferably Java Responsibilities Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis. Help with code fixes and rigorous testing where required. Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages. Work on supporting product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms. Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery; continually focus on enhancing application performance. Work effectively in collaboration with other team members. Provide technical feedback and support to development teams; perform detailed RCA of issues in production and implement corrective actions. AWS certification is an added advantage.
