• Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals. • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods. • Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics. • Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service. • Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary. • Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention. • Own and drive operational adherence to the inventory control policies established within the business objectives. • Work with Supply Chain Manager and buyers to standardize inventory processes. • Provide support to Production areas by replenishing and expediting materials to the production floor on time without delays. • Manage the Inventory/Cycle count team who perform daily cycle counts, monthly or yearly physical inventory and inventory reconciliations. • Participate in annual budget activities. • Comply and support C-TPAT regulations. • Drive and initiate warehouse automation and warehouse cost improvements. • Pro-actively drive and push nonmoving stock actions in close collaboration with the merchandising and demand planning team • Management, control and cycle count the supermarket area with the high runners’ materials. • Control and improve the return material to warehouse and supermarket from production. • Management and control the replenishment of material from supermarket on time. Experience & Skills College degree or equivalent experience 5+ Warehouse Supervisor experience Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Excel required; skills in Sequel or ERP related. (Oracle) Previous manufacturing industry experience with strong working knowledge of ERP required. (Oracle) Strong leadership, motivational, and team building skills required. Ability to quickly analyze and solve complex problems required. Moderate to expert skills in lean manufacturing/manufacturing techniques helpful Spanish & English #J-18808-Ljbffr
