About the Role Are you a creative marketer with a passion for the Mexican market? We are looking for two Digital Marketing Specialists to join our International Marketing team in Hangzhou. You will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's growth in Mexico through integrated marketing strategies. You will bridge the gap between our Global HQ and the local Mexican market, overseeing everything from high-level digital campaigns and influencer partnerships to offline exhibitions and retail branding. Responsibilities Digital Marketing Planning & Execution (50%) Lead the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns in Mexico, including Influencer Marketing (KOL/KOC), Paid Media (Meta, Google, TikTok), and Social Media management. Develop localized, creative content that highlights product USPs while aligning with Mexican cultural trends and consumer preferences. Manage digital budgets, optimize ad performance (ROI), and refine audience targeting based on data insights. Brand Strategy & Budget Management (20%) Collaborate with Regional Managers and Sales teams to launch new products and execute seasonal brand campaigns. Conduct deep-dive research into local customs and consumer behavior to output differentiated content strategies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing spend to ensure maximum brand impact. Channel Marketing & Offline Collaboration (20%) Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and retail displays for the Mexico region. Ensure SI/VI (Store Identity/Visual Identity) standards are strictly implemented in regional flagship stores. Lead the planning and on-site execution of large-scale trade shows and local offline marketing events. Cross-departmental Synergy (10%) Act as the key liaison between HQ and the Mexico team for website updates, translations, and design requests. Provide regular market insight reports and campaign recaps to HQ to support global strategic decisions. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Integrated Marketing or Digital Marketing. Experience in Consumer Electronics, Smart Home, or Security industries is a significant plus. Languages: Native or Professional Spanish (B2/C1+) is mandatory; English as a working language. (Chinese proficiency is a plus but not required). Required Skills Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of Meta, Google, and TikTok ecosystems and overseas content trends. Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PPT. Mindset: Proactive, creative, and able to work under pressure in a cross-cultural team environment. Preferred Skills Experience in Consumer Electronics, Smart Home, or Security industries is a significant plus.
