Key Responsibilities Lead and strengthen the academic and operational performance of the institution. Drive educational innovation aligned with general standards and future-ready competencies. Develop high-performing leadership teams and foster a culture of accountability, wellbeing, and excellence. Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategy, positioning, and institutional development. Ensure outstanding student, parent, and staff experience. Oversee continuous improvement initiatives across academic, cultural, and operational areas. Support the evolution of bilingual and internationally aligned educational models. Build strong relationships with families, faculty, and the broader educational community. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in senior leadership roles within K-12 education. Strong strategic, organizational, and people leadership skills. Experience leading change management and educational transformation projects. Deep understanding of modern learning methodologies, wellbeing, critical thinking, and competency-based education. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and decision‑making capability. Fluent English required. Spanish proficiency highly valued. Desirable Qualifications International educational experience strongly preferred. Experience with international curricula, bilingual programs, or globally aligned educational frameworks is highly desirable. Master's degree or postgraduate studies in Education, Leadership, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.
