Robinson is looking for an Operations Representative in Guadalajara who will play a key role in keeping our after-hours operations running smoothly and ensuring high service levels for critical customers. In this role, you directly impact customer satisfaction and business continuity by managing shipments, communicating with customers and carriers, and resolving issues in real time. You will own daily operational execution during the after-hours window, collaborate with global teams, and help ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance across shipments. In this role, you will primarily engage with your peers remotely, using collaborative tools to stay connected and deliver impact across after-hours operations. While the position is mostly remote, occasional in-person presence will be required for meetings or specific processes during regular business hours, ensuring strong alignment and seamless collaboration with broader teams. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Execute one or a combination of the following tasks: order creation, shipment activation, load building, appointment scheduling, and/or track and trace, in accordance with office and company policies and procedures, with a focus on quality and efficiency. Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in CHR systems. Monitor load boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests. Utilize SOPs to carry out assigned operational activities and meet prescribed service level agreements. Document milestone events, gather and communicate information for proper problem resolution, resolve routine exceptions using knowledge gained through SOPs and experience, and when required, follow defined escalation procedures. Run and distribute reports in alignment with defined processes. Focus on internal and/or external customer needs, recognize service issues, implement customer‑focused practices and/or escalates when appropriate. Follow through on customer requests to ensure satisfaction, where applicable invite feedback and seeks suggestions for improvement. Build relationships at the appropriate level and work collaboratively both internally and externally to achieve positive outcomes. Complete activities with accuracy and compliance to CHR and customer standards. Contribute to the department’s efficiency by identifying and/or implementing operational enhancements. Understand available tools and resources and how best to leverage each to implement efficiencies. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements. QUALIFICATIONS Required: High School diploma or GED. Required: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal). Preferred: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Preferred: Previous customer service experience. Preferred: Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills. Preferred: Ability to multi‑task and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
