# **Our Privacy Statement & Cookie Policy****Jr. Implementation Specialist, Software Consultant****About the role:**The Implementation Specialist will be part of a Global Team implementing Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Global Trade solutions for multiple organizations and companies globally. Our solution offers content and tools for Material Classifications, Denied party screenings, Import and Export Management, Duty Deferral Programs, Free Trade Agreements, and more.Design: work with clients to translate their business processes into our solutions. Lead requirements sessions. 0 - 3 years related work experience. Basic knowledge of SQL, XML. Experience with process analysis, design & mapping. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Must have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Ability to travel, as needed, to client sites and assist with implementationsExperience with solutions for global trade (ONESOURCE Global Trade, Integration Point, SAP GTS, Descartes, AmberRoad, E2Open, etc.)Experience Implementing Enterprise Software including Cloud Solutions and third-party applications Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, SalesForce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, JDE, QAD, etc. Experience creating and executing test cases and test scripts Higher Education Degree or Diploma –Computer Science or related fields. Preferred**Other Qualifications:** Excellent communication skills in interacting with management and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.Strong customer-facing experience and skills.
