Depending on your experience level, you'll either lead a technical team or work as a senior developer contributing to key architectural decisions and feature development. Our primary tool is the Ruby on Rails framework, and we use Hotwire for the front-end. What You'll Do Architect & Build: Lead the technical design and development of robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and Hotwire. Collaborate & Communicate: Work directly with our cross-functional team and US-based clients to define requirements, present technical solutions, and demonstrate progress. Mentor & Elevate: Guide and mentor other engineers through thoughtful code reviews, pair programming, and by setting a high bar for technical excellence. Drive Product Success: Take ownership of features from concept to deployment, tackling complex problems and making key architectural decisions that impact our products and users. Champion Best Practices: Continuously improve our engineering standards, tooling, and processes, challenging assumptions to find better ways of working. Required to apply: English fluency: You'll present directly to US-based clients. Ruby on Rails Expertise: A proven track record of building and shipping complex applications with Ruby on Rails. Full-Stack Proficiency: Deep understanding of the full web stack, including modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols. A \"Manager of One\" Mentality: You are highly independent, proactive, and can manage your own priorities while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
