Responsibilities In this role, you will support Category Managers and PBU Buyers in executing the Category Strategy by streamlining processes, driving automation, and performing analyses. Support Market Intelligence activities and Economics measurements. Support supplier scorecard improvements. Manage Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities by leveraging Ariba to upload and keep contracts up to date. Support Business Continuity Plans (BCP) by deploying actions such as financial assessments, sustainability surveys, and ensuring contracts are executed. Build and maintain a master supplier contact list for all of GP Procurement. Perform other procurement duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering degrees preferred). Prior experience in procurement is a plus; general understanding of the RFQ process is desirable. Strong MS Software skills required – advanced Excel (arrays, INDEX/MATCH). Ability to drive continuous improvement, identify opportunities, streamline processes, and utilize Lean/Quality tools to reduce waste and maximize throughput. Knowledge of data analytics; experience with querying databases (SQL, HQL), automation (Power Automate/VBA), or analysis (Python‑pandas) is a plus. Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to learn and understand the business and assigned categories to develop sound business judgment. Business/conversational English proficiency. Benefits Comprehensive benefits package.
