We are seeking a highly driven Operations Manager with extensive automotive manufacturing experience to lead large-scale operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and develop high-performance teams. Key Responsibilities Lead Production and Maintenance functions. Ensure achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives. Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with customer requirements and automotive industry standards. Build and develop a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational discipline. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Master's Degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within the automotive industry. Strong background in automotive sewing manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, KPI management, and operational excellence.
