The Opportunity We are hiring two remote team members who will support both customer service and accounts receivable functions. These roles will work closely together and may share responsibilities depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Account Management Answer inbound customer calls professionally and confidently Assist customers with account updates and service-related questions Collect and verify customer information including: Phone numbers Email addresses Billing details Service addresses Help customers transition smoothly during company acquisitions and onboarding processes Build rapport and create positive customer experiences during every interaction Maintain a calm, friendly, and solutions-oriented tone on calls Accounts Receivable & Payment Collection Contact customers regarding overdue balances and outstanding invoices Secure payment methods and assist customers with setting up autopay Process customer payments securely and accurately* Encourage customers to prepay or enroll in long-term payment arrangements Follow payment collection procedures with professionalism and empathy Escalate sensitive account situations when necessary Administrative & Operational Support Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems Document customer interactions and payment updates Assist with outbound communication campaigns during acquisitions or account transitions Collaborate with internal leadership to improve customer processes and retention What We’re Looking For Must-Haves Excellent spoken and written English Highly neutral or minimal accent required Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound phone calls Ability to build trust quickly with customers Confident discussing billing and payment information over the phone Strong attention to detail and follow-through Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Preferred Experience Customer service or call center experience Accounts receivable or collections experience Experience handling U.S.-based customers Experience working in service industries, utilities, logistics, or home services Familiarity with CRM or customer management systems Ideal Candidate Profile Friendly, personable, and naturally conversational Thick-skinned and confident under pressure High-energy with a positive attitude Comfortable working independently Motivated by bonuses and performance incentives Coachable and eager to grow within a scaling company Able to adapt communication style depending on the customer Compensation & Growth Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and communication ability Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to collections and customer conversions Long-term growth potential as the company continues expanding through acquisitions Opportunity to become a key part of a rapidly growing operation Hiring Process Initial screening interview English communication and “ear test” evaluation Video interview with leadership Final selection and onboarding This role is heavily communication-driven.
