We are looking for a Trial Experience Specialist to become a trusted partner for users during their trial period—providing consultative guidance, understanding their business goals, and helping them unlock maximum value from the platform from the very beginning. What you’ll do: Identify, engage, and nurture new customer relationships during the trial period Understand customer needs and align solutions with their business goals Provide consultative trial support to maximize conversion from trial to paid customers Clearly communicate and demonstrate the value proposition of a SaaS platform (Capture, Nurture & Close) Engage with customers via Zoom, phone, SMS, email, and other digital channels Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions Provide basic technical support during the trial phase when needed What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS environment 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Development, Technical Sales, or related roles Strong technical aptitude and comfort with digital tools Knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media, Funnels, and SEO (preferred) Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning Why this role?
