We’re hiring: Strategy Consultant (Mexico) We’re looking for a high‑impact Strategy Consultant to help shape and execute growth, market, and operating model strategies for clients in Mexico and Latin America. If you thrive at the intersection of rigorous analysis and practical execution, we’d love to meet you. What you’ll do Lead and support strategic engagements (market assessments, growth and portfolio strategy, commercial due diligence, operating model design, pricing, and transformation roadmaps). Structure ambiguous problems, build fact bases, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Develop financial and market models, size opportunities, and assess competitive dynamics. Build crisp client deliverables and communicate findings to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams; support PMO and change management as needed. What you’ll bring 3–7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy; experience leading workstreams end‑to‑end. Strong problem‑solving, hypothesis‑driven approach, and comfort with ambiguity. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with market modeling and financial analysis. Exceptional communication in English and Spanish; stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or related field; MBA or relevant master’s a plus. Willingness to travel within Mexico/LatAm based on project needs. Nice to have (plus factors) Experience within top‑tier consulting firms. Prior experience in PwC Mexico’s Strategy practice (Strategy&) is a strong plus. Exposure to sectors such as consumer, retail, financial services, healthcare, technology, or industrials. Experience in M&A/commercial due diligence, pricing, or operating model design.
