Instrumentation Engineer Key Responsibilities Execute internal and external calibration program of the plant and laboratory for control of materials and finished products. Report to the head of metrology and the quality manager. Comply with internal and external calibration/verification program. Manage budgets for production measurement and quality control equipment. Train production and quality control personnel for autonomous verifications and proper use and handling of laboratory equipment. Attend audits: ONCEE, ISO 9000, IATF 16949, ISO 14001. Manage quality management system procedures related to metrology. Qualifications Degree: technical or engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or chemical engineering, or equipment calibration. +2 years of experience in metrology (automotive) in similar positions. Fluent English, capable of participating in business conversations. Knowledge of office tools: pivot tables. Experience handling laboratory equipment and process equipment.
