Role Snapshot Location : LATAM (Remote) Schedule : Full-time | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET Position Summary As our portfolio of licensed collectibles and toys continues to expand, we’re seeking a Production Packaging Designer to support the execution and production of licensed packaging. This role is production-focused and requires a strong understanding of packaging structure, licensor compliance, and factory-ready file preparation. The ideal candidate has experience building technical packaging files, working within brand guideline systems, and managing assets with precision and consistency. Responsibilities Build detailed, production-ready tech packs for packaging and related components. Work directly within factory die-lines to prepare accurate print-ready files. Manage and organize licensor-provided assets, ensuring proper usage, placement, and compliance. Interpret and adhere to licensor brand guidelines and approval requirements. Execute packaging layouts for boxes, inserts, labels, instruction sheets, and supporting materials. Partner with licensing, production, and product development teams to ensure packaging meets brand, cost, and manufacturing requirements. Manage multiple SKUs and timelines simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Requirements (Must-Have) Build detailed, production-ready tech packs for packaging and related components.
