The Replenishment Planning Intern supports the LATAM team in the execution and monitoring of supply plans, ensuring product availability across multiple markets. This role involves analyzing supply performance, identifying potential risks, and contributing to actions that help maintain optimal stock levels and service performance across a broad SKU portfolio. What Your Impact Will Be Support the tracking of supply execution and follow-up with plants Identify risks of stockouts, delays, or excess inventory Assist in analyzing gaps between demand and supply (e.g. unmet demand, late availability) Update and maintain planning data in internal tools (e.g. Excel, Anaplan) Assist in demand prioritization based on commercial needs Generate reports and dashboards for supply tracking Ensure data accuracy and perform data validation/cleanup Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management, Commercial) What We’re Looking For Industrial Engineering Fluent English Supply Chain / Logistics Engineering Actuarial Science (with strong analytical focus) Business Administration Economics Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Strong analytical skillsBasic understanding of supply chain (preferred) Mattel is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer where we want you to bring your authentic self to work every day.
