Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements in Investment Banking Operations. Utilize Advanced Excel to analyze data and generate insightful reports that drive decision-making. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation using MS Word to support operational changes and ensure compliance. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of change projects and alignment with business objectives. Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools to facilitate smooth transitions. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Asset & Wealth Management.
