About the role Established HR Technology professional assembles, reviews, and analyzes HR Technology requirements. Conducts analysis and participates in audits and projects. Key Responsibilities Support internal customers, understanding business objectives and delivering insights to advise on workforce decisions. Use PowerBI to create intuitive, visually appealing dashboards to present data in a clear, concise, and compelling manner. Proactively identify opportunities for report automation or self‑service, shifting the focus of work to more strategic consulting support. Champion self‑service metrics, empowering clients with fast access to data. Conduct exploratory data analysis, generate and test working hypotheses, and uncover insightful trends across the human resource function. EX: attrition, talent acquisition, talent management, learning, diversity, employee listening. Minimum Requirements Intermediate to Advanced PowerBI. A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience. University degree or equivalent experience in HR Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative field. Desire to combine curiosity with critical thinking and good judgment, and like asking "why" to unravel seemingly complex problems and get to the root cause. Strong communication skills with non‑technical audiences.
