Primary location: Mexico - Central Zone Travel availability 80% (Tool car is provided within all service covered) Main Responsibilities: Execute the sales strategy, as well as plan and prepare sales forecasts in collaboration with the head of the business unit and Commercial pears. Achieve sales and gross margin targets OFC teams orientqtion to improve market share, as well as introduce best practices to maximize customer satisfaction. Ensure cooperation and teamwork with Application technology Specialists to develop innovative products and services and provide best in class customer service and solutions. Ensure cooperation and agreement with Commercial excellence and Ops Team within the yearly planning process for products, volumes and prices. Manage strategic accounts of converter Flexible Packaging industry portafolio by effective negotiation in consideration of defined guidelines and margins to maximize revenues and achieve sales targets. Ensure management of customer claims with the dedicated customer OFC teams to provide optimized sales and effective technical solutions. Collect information on local industry issues and cooperate with local industry association, authorities etc. as required to expand the network and industrial influence Establish sales budget with superior and customer OFC resources to ensure growth and profitability in the defined country/area in accordance with Regional/BU strategy Support development of country/area sales objectives and plan as well as market analysis and research To be successful in the position you will need: Related university degree or long-term commercial practices / Chemical Eng, Min. 8 years in sales / commercial experience in chemical industry or Flexible packaging / Converter industry Focused on achieving objectives (Hunting orientation) Customer Orientation Negotiation Skills Strong communication skills Ethics and Values Alignment Leadership Skills Our benefits - What we offer You: Health and life insurance Savings found with employer contributions.
