Overview Quality Assurance Fixture (QAF), Validation Lead, Management Support – Remote (any location within the Mexican territory). The role resides in Capgemini Engineering’s Body, Chassis, Interior (BCI) Quality Team. It is responsible for ensuring project quality targets, managing launch timelines, and securing the transition to volume production. Responsibilities Support Vehicle Compliance Leads with paper car generation for QAF milestones. Create measurement paths and roadmaps for vehicle programs based on milestone readiness. Develop carpet charts and lead Carpet Chart activities for the Equipped Body Launch Team. Automate and maintain Excel workbooks for launch support. Correlate and manage Customer Audit (SCA) data. Create and maintain templates for data tracking tools. Develop key documentation such as training templates. Support quality convergence through QAF activity, including vehicle part installations, engineering build objective measurements, and part-level validation. Qualifications Good conversational English (B2, C1, C2). Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. 1–4 years of experience in automotive product engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, or product quality. Understanding of vehicle design, assembly, and process control. Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Knowledge of statistical data analysis, metrology principles, and root‑cause analysis methods. Additional Role: Quality Assurance Engineer (MOHARA) MOHARA is looking for a mid‑level Quality Assurance Specialist to test and validate software, ensuring def‑ect‑free delivery. Responsibilities Create detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation. Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing. Develop and maintain automated test scripts. Coordinate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure testable requirements. Manage defects using tools like JIRA. Conduct basic performance and security testing. Provide clear and actionable test results and metrics to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of QA experience involving manual and automated testing. Proficiency with automation tools (Datadog, Cypress, etc.). Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger). Knowledge of defect management and performance testing tools (JMeter).
