Regulatory Compliance Manager (Quality Control) About the role Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data‑driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast‑moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding scalable ways to manage conduct risk. We're looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to identify regulatory obligations, review associated risks, and suggest controls to mitigate these risks. You’ll be conducting testing in a dynamic, digital, and data‑driven environment. What you'll be doing Validating if regulatory obligations are mapped to existing controls in line with Mexican regulations Providing guidance and support to team members in conducting quality control checks Recommending improvements to existing processes within the second line of defence, ensuring alignment with best practices and proper governance documentation Reviewing work performed by regulatory compliance SMEs with high attention to detail Communicating review feedback clearly to stakeholders Identifying opportunities to improve adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards Maintaining and improving compliance methodologies, adapting to regulatory or process changes Reviewing quality and documentation across teams in the first and second lines of defence What you'll need 4+ years of experience in regulatory compliance across the three lines of defence within fintech, banking, consulting, or regulatory institutions Experience reviewing work and providing structured feedback A solid understanding of regulatory compliance controls and best practices A results‑driven, pragmatic, and detail‑oriented mindset An interest in compliance and continuous learning Fluency in English Nice to have A degree in law, finance, engineering, or related field Experience mentoring or guiding team members Knowledge of Mexican financial regulations related to payments, consumer protection, and fintech Experience in audit or assurance within risk and compliance Expertise creating or using testing procedures or scripts Relevant certifications, such as ICA, ACAMS, etc. Get what you need to succeed Financial benefits that show we value your work Flexibility to work from home, the office, or abroad A Revolut Metal subscription loaded with perks Exciting events year‑round so you can get to know your team #J-18808-Ljbffr
